RTS is seeking a Reports Developer that is highly skilled
developing Crystal Reports. Candidate should have 3-5 years of
experience as a Developer in Crystal Reports and or SQL query
writing. The successful candidate will have extensive experience
drafting complex SQL statements, design and logical layer of the
reports development.
Required Skills:
The candidate should be able to gather
requirements, write technical specifications and develop the
required queries and Crystal Reports.
Develop a strong foundational
knowledge of the companies business, tools and data. Perform required
database analysis of tables, fields and values. Obtain
understanding of data structures.
Work with all members of the
Business, IT Teams and Reporting teams too ensure requirements are
identified, defined and met.
Responsible to maintain and make changes to
existing reports and SQL queries.
Strong analysis and problems
solving skills with focus on attention to detail Strong verbal and
written communication, listening skills
Experience with query optimization
and tuning skills preferred
Able to analyze or model rows of data to
identify useful information, trends and patterns Strong analytical
& design skills
Ability to accomplish tasks independently, but work well
in teams; strong teamwork skills are essential. Ability to work
well with changing priorities; flexibility
General IT programming background.
All phases of the project life cycle to implement a specific
business solution.
Preferred Qualifications: 3-5
years experience developing Crystal Reports (8.5, 9, 10) 3.5 years
experience developing SQL queries. Proficient in writing SQL
queries and creating database views
Bachelors degree in Computer
Science or Management Information Systems
Experience with PeopleSoft and
PeopleSoft queries a plus.
Experience with PeopleSoft ETL job a
plus. Salary
