PURPOSE OF POSITION: To
provide Network, Internet, Intranet, and Meditech support to all
corporate departments through maintenance of networking devices,
inputting of dictionaries as needed, troubleshooting of core system
problems, wiring of serial ports (25 and 9 pin), CAT 5, RJ45 and
RJ11, repairs printers, terminals and PC’s. Monitors forms used for
ordering. Provides support for the network, computers, printers,
and phone system including moves, changes and troubleshooting.
Serves as backup to Telecommunications Specialist. Provides NSHC
staff PC training as needed. EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE: An associate degree in science of computer
science from an accredited college or University. Microsoft
Certification Systems Engineer preferred or an A+ Certification and
N+ Certification Three years of demonstrated experience in a
Computer/Information Systems department.
