A large financial institution in Des Moines is looking for
experienced call center representatives for a peak season temporary
opportunity for 4-6 months to handle calls from dental insurance
members and providers regarding claims, and quotes. Providers can
be demanding so the training is extensive to cover all areas. Requirements
Customer service experience
Background in the insurance
industry is also helpful.
Strong keyboarding skills Ability to listen
and respond to customers while simultaneously enter contact
information.
Must be flexible to work any schedule between the hours
of 7:30 and 6:00.
Clear background required.
