It is a 60min exercise class which helps tone &amp strengthen the whole body following pregnancy. The class is easily adaptable so if you re feeling tired you can be given gentler options. Mums2be is a 60 minute exercise class designed for mums2be in their 2nd &amp 3rd trimester of pregnancy. This class is designed to improve posture strengthen &amp maintain fitness during pregnancy.
