I am making a short music video and need an experienced male contemporary dancer for. The piece will be quite dark influenced by a Man Ray photograph of Nijinska Bronislava and the song itself. I Have worked with dancers before and really enjoyed the infusion between moving image and improvised dance. the shoot will be one day and all done in the studio space I work in. I will want to meet with the dancer beforehand to talk throughout the song and the concept I have in mind. There is no budget available for paying the participants but will be a exciting piece to have in a portfolio.
