All natural blackhead removal

Blackheads are nothing but oxidized oil (sebum) deposits in skin pores.

To clear them out is a 3 step process – cleansing, toning and moisturizing.

1. Hot water towel – Helps open up pores making it easier to remove the oil deposit. Steaming your face for 5 minutes also works.

2. Lemon juice/apple mush – Acidic properties help break down oils. You can use even raw tomato juice as a substitute for lemon or apple…See what works best for you!

3. Some baking soda as an exfoliator. Just table about half a spoon full of baking sode and mash it up with water in your hands then gently wash your face with this.

4.Use some RAW honey as a moisturizing mask. Raw honey has a lot of healing properties and is good for acne and scaring as well. Rince off with warm water then splash cold water on your face to close the pores.

5. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water throughout the day.

Honey mask. Gets rid of inflammation, reduces redness, moisturizes, cleanses.

What is a Blackhead?

Blackheads can be a recurring annoying nuisance that cause pimples and acne. They are usually found on the nose. They are caused when natural oil from the skin called sebum collects and hardens inside of the pores. The oil clogs the pore, and mixes with the toxins trying to escape from your skin. The toxins and the oil combined create glue inside of your pore. This glue is hiding underneath a black oxidized tip that is exposed and pops out just above the surface of the skin. This black tip is known as a blackhead. If you have oily or combination skin, there is a good chance you are going to battle with blackheads.

To solve the problem, just rub some lemon 2-3 times a week on your nose at night time and leave it on before bed. The acid in the lemon will break down the oils leaving you with smooth clear skin.
