Free HCG Diet Recipes, Part 5


Looking for a few good free HCG diet recipes? Look no further. This is the last in a series of articles releasing some really yummy, easy HCG approved recipes. All are pulled from the HCG Diet Direct Recipe Guide.

Having recipes to attempt to get attached to is a particularly helpful tool for almost everyone who tries the homeopathic HCG diet. It’s one thing to limit yourself to a very short list of foods and only 500 calories per day. But it’s another thing entirely to limit yourself to those foods in their raw form. Mix it up a bit! Try a few different combinations and recipes. You’ll find that it improves your mood drastically to feel like you sat down to an actual meal. (And you won’t have any guilt because these free HCG diet recipes are all created explicitly to coincide with the protocol as set down by the homeopathic HCG diet). Try this one:

Garlic Roast

Recipe Ingredients:

3 lb. lean beef roast, fat removed

onion, 1/2, chunked

6 to 8 large garlic cloves

garlic powder, 1/2 tsp.

onion powder, 1/2 tsp.

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon

1 teaspoon sea salt

pepper

water

Heat the oven to 350. Place your 3 lb. roast in a pan. Cut slits (about 6) in the top of the roast. One piece of cut garlic goes in each of the slits. Mix the spices in a bowl so you can easily rub them on the roast. Fill the bottom of the roasting pan about 1 and a 1/2 inches deep with water. Add garlic and onion to the water. Cook your roast for about 50 to 55 minutes. (Time may very depending upon roast size and oven). Don’t forget that one serving of protein is 3 oz.

If you’re expected to host a family dinner or a gathering for friends while on the HCG diet you’ve got a few options. Offer up a meal that is HCG approve and yummy at the same time. You’ll find it’s very possible.
