Collections / Account Manager

The Account Managers
are responsible for outbound calling to consumers to determine
solutions and for collecting charged off debt. You will recommend
payment solutions through review and assessment of the
consumer’s ability to pay, utilize company technology to
manage account queues and account documentation, use your strong
communication skills, time management skills and be part of a
team. Candidates should
possess the following:
High School Diploma
or equivalent, prefer some college
1-2 years in
collections, financial services or call center
environment Basic PC skills/MS Office
prefer Ability to apply basic mathematical
applications Ability to work weekends, days and some
evenings Interested in English as well as
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking

& create your own schedule): Current Schedule: 1:00pm-9:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday;
7:00am-3:00 Wednesday,
