Swollen pustules which are formed on the skin by an infection called acne are Cystic Acne. The skin becomes swollen and red causing a harsh on the skin and this harsh is filled with pus. It is usually found on face skin, and is most common to appear inside the skin and triggers with a red rash. This infection is very painful and cannot be cured overnight.
