We are currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals who have a passion for cosmetics. The Cosmetic Department is one of the most vibrant, fast paced and exciting departments at Macy's. With extensive selling and product training, our Beauty Advisors practice superior selling techniques through advanced product knowledge and OUTSTANDING customer service. Our Beauty Advisors personally assist customers in makeup and skin care selections and participate in the execution of special events/promotions to achieve personal selling and service goals. As a Beauty Advisor you will be assigned to represent one of our prestigious cosmetics lines. Your opportunities for career advancement are endless!

  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and quickly learn new procedures
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
  • Ensure compliance with all hygiene standards
