My mother has bought this stunning pine cot bed for over £350 when new and paid £150 for this top of the range mattress hoping that her granddaughter would come and stay with her from time to time. Unfortunately we had to go abroad at short notice and stayed there for quite a while. It also has a really nice sculptured edge to it which makes it look that little bit more stylish. I think the key feature about this cot bed is its versatility. It can be used as a cot with the slatted side panels up. You can fix the mattress at 4 different levels as your baby grows. The highest position is perfect for newborns so you dont need to lean over too much to pick them up. The lowest position is suitable and safe for a standing toddler and when they are finally ready to move to a bed the sides can be fully removed to convert into a junior bed.
